Marketing
To my grandmother’s great relief, I have a day job.
I work at PayPal on the new Enterprise Channel Management team, responsible for managing owned touchpoints, such as the app, website, and email. This includes enabling transparency in performance and introducing machine learning to help optimize and prioritize messages.
Prior to that, I was Dimagi’s Director of Marketing, mostly flexing my product marketing and process development muscles. And before that, I was an ad agency suit (and part-time strategist), working on product launch campaigns for consumer tech and telecom companies like Samsung and Verizon.
My experience so far has taught me about:
(Product) Marketing Strategy
Value mapping & persona development
Go-to-market campaign development
Sales and customer success support (LinkedIn, Webinars, Case Studies, etc.)
Internal Marketing Process Development
Centralized marketing organization
Internal agency model
Matrixed marketing functions
Agile marketing planning
B2B Marketing Strategy
Account-based marketing
Conference/Webinar marketing strategy
Segmentation, ICP, and persona development
Content Marketing Strategy
Pillar strategy & development
Customer journey mapping
SEO strategy
